Tara M. Arevalo APRN, FNP - C, PMHNP-BC
Tara Arevalo is a certified Family and Primary Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and graduate of Duke University School of Nursing with her Masters of Science in Nursing. Duke University School of Nursing is consistently ranked as one of the top Nursing Programs in the United States and since graduating Tara has been a practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in San Antonio, Texas for over 8 years. Her experience working with an underserved, low income patient population has built her passion to offer affordable and accessible mental healthcare to anyone who seeks it.

Along with her personal passion for living and supporting a healthy lifestyle Tara also has extensive training in weight loss and obesity medicine. She loves helping people in general. She is honored and blessed that she can join with you to advance your life into wellness.
Sunshine Nika C. Cabalonga, RMT
Sunshine Nika Cabalonga is a Registered Medical Technologist in the Philippines. Her experience working as a Medical Technologist made her become a passionate person who aims to provide professionalism and quality healthcare to our customers. With a knack for organization and a commitment to efficiency, she is also dedicated to assisting people of all ages.
She has so much respect and adoration for people who help people. Like what her name implies, she has always wanted to give sunshine in people's lives. She is an asset to our team and she brings seamless efficiency. Sunshine has genuine helping hands and feels honored to be part of your journey in advancing your life into wellness.
Tara is driven by her love of the healthcare profession, helping people and with her empathetic nature she remains steadfast in her abilities and passion.
She is also a proud U.S. Army veteran.
